 E. coli O157:H7, is one of the main causes diarrhea and most prevalent bacterial infection that serious illnesses. This research was conducted to investigate effect Capparis spinosa fruit ultrasonic extract against resistant O157:H7 isolated from stools calves that were suffering diarrhea; bacteria identified by Vitek 2 system a latex agglutination test. C. spinosa extracted waves water bath. The phytochemicals carried out on detect secondary metabolites. MIC calculated with concentrations 400, 800, 1600, 3200, 6400, 12800 25600 51200 µg/mL microdilution method (checkerboard). While using field-emission scanning electron microscope observe morphological alterations in sample. findings this study revealed contains some biologically active compounds like alkaloids, flavonoids, steroids, glycosides, tannins, cumarines, saponins, quinones, amino acids. That had 6400 perfect action against coli. forming vacuoles within cells internal content seeped as pore formation. finding could potentially provide an explanation for traditional utilization this plant material antibacterial agent.
