 E. coli‎‎ O157:H7, is one of the main causes diarrhea and most prevalent bacterial ‎infection that serious illnesses. This research was conducted to investigate effect Capparis ‎spinosa fruit ultrasonic extract against resistant O157:H7 isolated from stools calves ‎that were suffering diarrhea; bacteria identified by Vitek 2 system a latex agglutination ‎test. C. spinosa‎‎‎ extracted waves water bath. The phytochemicals carried out on detect secondary metabolites. MIC calculated with ‎concentrations 400, 800, 1600, 3200, 6400, 12800 25600 51200 µg/mL microdilution method ‎‎(checkerboard). While using field-emission scanning electron microscope observe morphological ‎alterations in sample. findings this study revealed contains some ‎biologically active compounds like alkaloids, flavonoids, steroids, glycosides, tannins, cumarines, saponins, ‎quinones, amino acids. That had 6400 perfect action ‎against coli‎‎. forming vacuoles within cells internal content seeped as pore ‎formation. finding could potentially provide an explanation for traditional utilization ‎this plant material antibacterial agent‎‎.
